Adverse weather & Safety Precautious

i.	The swimming instructor and the pool authority reserve the exclusive rights to cancel or postpone the swimming lesson in bad weather conditions for safety reasons.

Attendance & Make Up Policy

For Group Lesson

i.	Group lesson’s schedule is fixed and there will be no compensations or make-up lessons for bad weather, absenteeism, late coming or cancellation of any sort.

For Private Lesson

i.	Lost time due to late coming or when the swimming pool is close due to whatsoever reason will neither be compensated nor made up.
ii.	Any last minute cancellation will not be entertained unless the student informs the instructor at least 2 hours before hand after which make-up lessons will have to be arranged directly and in favor to the instructor. (Student has to inform the instructor for postponement latest by Friday if lesson falls on weekends. Instructor may not be able to answer call/sms as they are usually engaged during the weekend).
iii.	Student is responsible to arrange make up lesson if lesson is canceled.
iv.	Student will still be required to undergo at least 4 lessons on a monthly basis. Failure to undergo the minimum required lessons will result in any outstanding lessons to be forfeited.

	* No swimming lessons / classes will be conducted on the following days below. It is the student responsibility to be aware of swim holiday. Official Public Holidays of Malaysia Hari Raya Puasa Chinese New Year day 1 up to the 3rd day of lunar calendar

Payment
Upon registration, we will reserve the slot for 3 days. Student is required to make first month/term payment in full via bank transfer or cheque within 3 days to confirm the reserved slot.

Entrance

For Public Swimming Complex

i.	Everyone who wish to enter the swimming complex has to purchase their entrance ticket from the ticketing machine or customer service counter.
ii.	Students may purchase a store value card from customer service counter to enjoy small discount at certain swimming complexes.

For Private Condo / Club

Students are required to pay for any deposit, entrance or parking fees (if applicable) for the instructor.

iii.

Different condo management has their own set of policy for swimming lessons. students are encouraged to check the requirement before hiring private swimming coach.

Termination
Student is required to serve at least 2 weeks notice to withdraw from swimming lessons.

Responsibility
We will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any injury, damage or loss of life while attending this course and this includes all cost, and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
